710 Academy Celebrates One Year of Growth Through Participant Reflections and an Expanding International Community
VANCOUVER, British Columbia — July 10, 2026 — Building on the milestone announced in 2025, 710 Academy today celebrates the continued growth of its international learning community as participants reflect on their first year of development, reinforcing the Academy’s mission to cultivate thoughtful investors, founders, and business leaders through practical venture experience, the cultivation of sound judgment, and a global network of trusted relationships.

Enrico Fioretti: “Relationships Are the Work.”
Reflecting on his first year with 710 Academy, Enrico Fioretti shared how the experience deepened his understanding of venture investing beyond theory.
“The real value for me was being closer to the process. 710 Academy gave me more context: real conversations, real relationships, and a more structured environment around how opportunities are evaluated.”
He added:
“For me, the biggest takeaway is that venture is built through judgment, relationships, and action. Analysis matters, but it becomes much stronger when it is connected to people, timing, context, and trust.”
Calvin Wahyudi: Technology Meets Venture Building
As a software architect and entrepreneur, Calvin Wahyudi has contributed to emerging venture initiatives while expanding his understanding of venture creation and investment strategy. His recent work includes preparing the technical development proposals for 710 Venture Studio start ups.
Calvin reflected:
“Being part of 710 Academy has shown me that building great technology is only one part of building enduring companies. Understanding entrepreneurs, investors, and the importance of trusted relationships has broadened my perspective as both a technology builder and entrepreneur.”
A Community Built for Long-Term Impact
Evelyn Y.K. Lee, Founder and Managing Partner of 710 Academy, said:
“One year ago, we introduced the vision for 710 Academy. Today, we celebrate something even more meaningful, the growth of our people. Our purpose is to cultivate sound judgment, integrity, and long-term thinking through real-world venture experience and trusted relationships. We believe exceptional investors and founders are developed over time, not overnight.”
As 710 Academy continues to grow internationally, it remains committed to developing leaders who combine thoughtful judgment with practical experience and a long-term commitment to creating meaningful value.
